Obituary
Viewing Thursday November 11, 2011 from 1PM until 8PM at the Stinson Northwest Chapel located at 16540 Meyers Road at the John Lodge Fwy. Funeral Services will be Friday 11:30AM at the Funeral Home with a 11:00AM Family Hour. Interment: Woodlawn Cemetery.
Carlton Eden Jr. was born December 31, 1033, in Easley, Alabama to the union of Carlton and Lillie Mae Eden. He relocated to Michigan at the age of two and was educated in the Detroit Public School system.
Carlton served in the United States Army from 1954 to 1956. He later met and married Julia Cummings. He was employed with General Motors and was active in U.A.W. Local 909 for more than 30 years.
Carlton dedicatd his life to Christ in 1969 and was affiliated with Church of God Sabbatarian and Church of God International until his departure of thi slife on Wednesday, November 2, 2011
Carlton leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Julia; two daughters, Victoria Pinkard and Cynthia Eden; eight grandchildren; one sister, Annie Laura Perkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
