COLLEEN MARIE NELSON was born on february 20, 1946, to the union of George Newton Sr, and Essie johnson. SHe was the third oldest of four children.
COLLEEN was educated in the Detroit Public School system and graduated from High School of Commerece in 1964.
In 1967, COLLEEN was joined in holy matrimony to Eugene Nelson, To this union one son was born, Gregory.
COLLEEN gained employment with the Internal Revenue Service, where she served for twenty-five years. She was a very sweet, kindhearted person who was always there for others. She will truly be missed.
COLLEEN MARIE NELSON departed this kife on January 23, 2915. Her mother, Essie Johnson and oldest brother, George Jr. preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her loving memory: one son, Gregory; father, George Newton, Sr,; one brother Gerald Sr.; one sister, Sharon; four nephews, Gerald Jr., Jordan, Deshawn, and Derrick; two nieces, lleen and Nicole; and a host of other relatives and friends.
