DAISY ANDERSON was born August 4, 1928 to the late Gilbert and Cora Smith in River Rouge, Michigan. She was the oldest of 7 children, Herman, Rudolph and Giklbert Jr, preceded her in death.
Daisy was educated in the River Rouge School System.
Daisy enjoyed entertaining at her home where she would love to decorate and cook. She also loved waztching her sports (boxing, basketball, football and baseball.
Daisy was employed at General Motors Corporation until her retirement in 1988.
Daisy was joined in holy matrimony in 1947 to Robert L. Anderson. From this union two children were born, Cynthia and Darryl, Darryl who preceded her in death.
Daisy departed this life on Tuesday, January 20, 2015. She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband of 67 years Robert Anderson, her loving daughter Cynthia Hardy; her two grandsons Anthony Hardy (Jenita), Terrance Hardy (Darlene); two great-grandsons, Emanuel and Samuel Hardy; three sisters Yvonne Robinson, Vera Hawkins, and Alether Chapman; one aunt Hattie Anderson, 2 uncles Roy and and Otis Sabbath; 2 brother-in-laws, Abraham (Josephine),and James (Anna); 2 sister-in-laws, ROberta Williams and Geneva Anderson; a close friend Vanessa Martin (Marcus), 3 godsons, Michael, and Maztthew, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
