Donald Crawford Jr,67, of Taylor, MI passed away unexpectedly on October 12th,2025.Don was born on December 5th, 1957, in Detroit, MI to Donald and Mary Crawford.

Don was born into the family business of Dot N Etta's Shrimp Hut. He helped run three restaurants alongside his parents and two brothers. Don continued working in the restaurant industry for many years in Michigan and Texas. He was the captain at the DAC in Detroit and built many friendships. He was the type of guy who could easily put a smile on your face. Don was an avid sports fan. He was a die-hard Green Bay Packer's fan, enjoyed Formula One racing and loved Detroit Tigers baseball. From Bruce Springsteen, Anita Baker, Isley Brothers, Journey, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Julian "Cannonball" Adderly, Dvorak, and Mozart, Don's musical library played a big part in his life. To him music spoke in many ways, and he had a vast love for all genres. Don was a one of kind man. The GREAT SCANDINI as many of us called him. Every person that knew Don was inspired by him in some way. He was one of those friends who was always there for you, could talk your ear off for days, had the best comical side especially when it came to quoting movies and showed his love through the passion he had in his heart.  Don was strong in his faith and cherished his personal relationship with the Lord. Don was a genuine man and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his mother Mary Crawford, two brothers Robert (Gail) M. Crawford, Dwayne Crawford, nephews Isaiah Crawford, Robert M. Crawford II and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Donald Crawford Sr.
