Donna Louise Coger was born September 3, 1942 in River Rouge, Michigan to the late Louise Bates and Donald Reddick. At a very young age she became a member at Fews Memorial CME Church. She was a faithful, dedicated lifetime member who was not only devoted to the Senior Usher Board, but also to the greater good of the church. She will be greatly missed.
Donna graduated from River Rough High School in 1958, where she was activly involved in the orchestra. Playing the cello gave her great pleasure. In 1962, Donna met and married William B. Coger, and to this union a daughter was born, Sheila.
Donna began working at J.L. Hudson's Warehouse as a customer service representative where she met Betty, Dorothea and many other friends. They together truly enjoyed going out, the numerous bus trips, and good food. She devoted much of her time and energy to her family members including her mother until she passed away at the age of 93.
Donna made her transition to her heavenly home on Sunday, December 21, 2014. She leaves to cherish her memory forever; her beloved daughter, Sheila, her grandsons Andrew and Alex, her brother Dwight, aunt Myrtle Green, close cousins Barbara and Sandra, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends
