Louise was born to the union of the late Ranslah and Mamie Montgomery in Memphis, Tennessee. Her siblings were Sidney, Randolph, Dorothy, Donald and Bernard all of whom preceded her in death except for her youngest brother. She attended Northern High School and Wayne State University. She worked as a social worker. Oftentimes she would host meetings with her fellow mediators to practice their oratory skills i.e. to improve their ability to argue, which she could do very well. Once you met Louise (Lou), it would not take long for you to realize that she had a rather flavorful tongue and a lot of mother wit.
Earlier in life she met and married Elliott Pennington, to this union Elliott, Jr. and Andrea were born. After they parted shemarried James (Jack) Allen, and how she loved her some Jack. jack brought a son Larry into this amalgamation and they all began a new life together.
She will be missed for she would help family and friends over the years. She would literally give you the coat off her back, a place to stay and provide you with food. Now she can join the love of her life, Jack Allen and a host of family and friends preceded her in death along with her good friend Ann E. Suttles.
At this point she will be missed by her children, Elliott and Andrea; stepson, Larry Allen; grandchildren, Travis, Paris, Revlyn, Aiesha, Jasmine, Joshua, Starlette, and Joseph. She also leaves to mourn her goddaughter Nicole; Bob, Sherelle, Barbara, Taya, friend Dorothy and Shkina, other relatives and friends.
We would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Saini and the staff at Medilodge.
